He represents shipbuilders, freight forwarders, logistics companies, P&I clubs, insurance companies, shipping agents, port terminals and operators, shipyards, trading companies, shipping companies and cargo consignees and owners. He also handles litigation matters before administrative and judicial entities, and most particularly, the Office of Ports and the Maritime Court.
